Business Rule Impact:
  • Logic-- This is only PUBLIC. If Edorgid of the sSEPA is not a parent of the FAPEResponsibleSchoolid, then throw this message to the FAPEResponsibleDistrict (roll up the FAPEResponsibleSchoolid to identify the parent district). 6634 is a student level warning.  It must be stored and displayed for the student.  When filtering, it is returned to the school selected and when all schools is selected.

  • How to Fix: Verify if the student is currently enrolled in your district or in another district. Acknowledge the warning, and work with the submitting district to ensure the appropriate district is submitting the student and is accountable for the student as enrolled.


  • Example: Natalie's record produces a warning that she was submitted by another district, but District Deb's district is accountable. Deb looks into the matter and finds that Natalie used to attend Willow Middle School but now attends Stallion Middle School, the district accountable for her. Deb contacts Willow to tell them to end enrollment and submitting information for Natalie, as she will now receive primary educational services from Stallion. Then Deb acknowledges the warning.
