Long Text: Actual or Possible days of attendance for this school are zero. For the open schools, it is expected to have enrollments and Actual or Possible days of attendance. Verify that enrollment and attendance are submitted to DPI.

How to Fix: Check to see if the student attended your school or not. If the student attended, remove the incorrect zero value, and input the actual days the student attended your school. Afterward, acknowledge the warning.

Example: District Deb sees a warning on the record of Henry Tolleson that his attendance days are entered as zero, even though he was enrolled in the school last year. Deb checks with Henry and his teacher to verify that he attended 173 days during the 2020-21 school year. Deb enters 173 as the updated value in the attendance days field for the school, then acknowledges the warning.

Business Rule Impact: School Level Warning. Throw when:

• Sum of Actual Days Attendance is 'NULL' (blank) or 0

OR

• Sum of Possible Days Attendance is 'NULL' (blank) or 0

OR

• no sSA are submitted [no enrollment exists]
