Validation Error 6816
KBA-01522-G3H8H1
Summary
Short TextThe School Food Service program association has not been submitted by the school.

Long Text: The School Food Service program association has not been submitted by the school. The School Food Service program association must be sent for every student at each school of primary enrollment, regardless of whether the school participates in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP). All students in a Provision 2 District or a CEP school should be reported as ‘Free’. When the School Food Service program association is missing entirely, the calculated Economically Disadvantaged value will be set to Null.

How to Fix: This error appears if you haven't submitted a Food Service program association for a student. Every student must have a School Food Service program association submitted for the school where they have their primary enrollment. Ensure that the student has a School Food Service program association in your Student Information System (SIS).

Example: District Deb receives an error that Giuliana is missing a School Food Service program association. Deb looks into the matter and sees that Giuliana has no program association for School Food Service, and links a program association to Giuliana's record. Deb then re-sends the data to WISEdata to clear the error.

Business Rule Logic: Zero Student School Food Service Program Associations (sSFSPA) have been submitted by a school where primary enrollment has been submitted per LEA.
