NOTE: This error is being replaced by Error 7469 for the 2023-24 school year going forward. This error, along with error 7062, will be deprecated upon the completion of the 2022-23 school year.

• Short Text: Required field is missing: 'Exit Date'.

• Long Text: Exit Date must be submitted if Exit Type is provided. Exit Type is not required for non-primary enrollments, but if provided then exit date must also be submitted.

• Business Rule Impact: Throw on SSA Exit Type is not null and Exit Date is null. Check for valid enrollment.

• How to Fix: If the student left your school, enter an Exit Date to describe when the student left. If the student did not exit your school, clear the exit type field. • Example: Sarah attended school for the 2015-16 school year until her family moved away on May 1, 2016. District Deb entered TC in Sarah's record as her exit type but did not enter an exit date. Now Deb is receiving an error that Sarah needs an exit date. Deb enters Sarah's exit date to clear the error.
