• Long Text: Coursework and demographics for this student will not be reported. Your school has submitted a non-primary enrollment with the enrollment type of coursework. No primary enrollment exists for this student. Verify the non-primary enrollment status. If correct, work with the School District responsible for providing primary education services; that district must submit a primary enrollment for this student.

• How to Fix: This error appears when your school has submitted a non-primary coursework enrollment for a student but no primary enrollment exists. To fix this, verify the student's enrollment status to ensure that they should be submitted as a non-primary enrollment at your school. If that status is correct, contact the school district where the student received primary education services and ensure that they submit a primary enrollment for the student.

• Example: District Deb notices an error on Bella’s record that she has a non-primary coursework enrollment submitted but has no primary enrollment. After verifying that Bella's non-primary enrollment is correct, Deb contacts the school district where Bella should have a primary enrollment. The other school district submits a primary enrollment for Bella.

  • Logic--Throw on Non Primary course work enrollment If enrollment type = Coursework and it is a valid enrollment AND Primary enrollment is missing for the school year AND Residency status does not contain residency status is not r-private, r-home, or nr-home.
