• Short Text: Student discipline records should not be reported.

• Long Text: Student discipline records should not be reported. Student discipline records are not expected for parentally-placed private students.

• NOTE: Error 6673 is being replaced by Error 7451 for the 2023-24 school year going forward due to a change in behavior data collection endpoint association.

• Business Rules:

  • Calculation--If Any of the below endpoints are submitted, StudentDisciplineIncidentAssociation or DisciplineAction for a student, check for a sSEPA record for this student from the district that’s the same as the district of the School ID in the Incident Reference AND if PPP = T, Throw this

• How to Fix: Verify that the student in question is a parentally-placed private (PPP) student. If so, then remove the discipline record submission. Discipline records should not be sent to WISEdata for PPP students. Once you have removed the record submission, acknowledge the warning.

• Example: District Deb sees a warning that Marjorie’s discipline records shouldn’t be reported. Deb looks into the matter and sees that Marjorie is a PPP student who recently got into a fight at school. However, Deb knows that Discipline records are not submitted for PPP students. Deb removes the discipline record and then acknowledges the warning.
