Long Text: Certificated Program Status Type not submitted for certified program when a program is not associated to course. To correct this error, submit the Certificated Program Status Type.
Business Rule Logic (2019-20 and later): Throw on /studentCTEProgramAssociation
program type = certified program AND Certificated program status type on SCTEPA is not submitted AND student grade is between 9-12 on any the primary enrollment Note : CE certified and non-certified student program associations are not expected from non-primary enrollment. Do not run this rule for Non primary. Add a high level rule to reject Certified and non certified program from non primary school Business Rule Logic (2018-19 and earlier): Throw this error to the district
IF Program type = certified program AND Certificated program status type on SCTEPA is not submitted. How to Fix: This error displays to alert you of a missing field for a student submitted with a Career Education certified program. If a student is in a certified program, a Certificated Program Status Type is required to elaborate on the student's progress toward earning the certificate. Verify the student's enrollment in a certified program that is not tied to a course and the progress toward achieving that certificate. Select and submit the appropriate value for Certificated Program Status Type to clear the error.
Example: Clara's record is throwing an error that she's missing a Certificated Program Status Type. District Deb looks into the matter and sees that Clara is in a certified nursing program not tied to a school course and then learns that Clara is continuing in the program but hasn't yet completed it. Deb enters a value of b to denote Clara's continuation in the program and submits it from her SIS to WISEdata.
