Summary
- Message: Required Highest Degree doesn't match between agencies.
- Cause: The staff person has been reported by another agency and the highest degree entered by the other agency does not match the highest degree entered by your agency.
- How to Fix: Check to make sure the highest degree was reported correctly by your agency. If it was not, then input a valid value for the highest degree through a Contract file upload or by editing the staff person’s Contract record. Contact the other agency if they have reported the highest degree incorrectly.
