  • Message: Long-Term Substitute information is not required for this assignment. The default value of null will be applied during the final reporting check off process.
     
  • Cause: The reported assignment for the staff person indicates that a long-term substitute is not required.
     
  • How to Fix: Change the long-term substitute information by performing the following steps:
     
    • Go to Reports > Staff List.
    • Search for the staff person by entering in their WISEid or their first and last name.
    • Next, click on their WISEid.
    • Under “Your Hiring Agency Assignments” click on the Edit icon on the far right-hand side for the assignment that you want to modify.
