  • Message: Contract Fringe Benefits must be a whole number. During the report check off process the value be rounded up to the nearest whole number.
     
  • Cause: Whole numbers are only acceptable values for the contract fringe benefits.
     
  • How to Fix: Change the contract fringe benefits information by performing the following steps:
     
    • Go to Reports > Staff List.
    • Search for the staff person by entering in their WISEid or their first and last name.
    • Next, click on their WISEid.
    • Under “Current Year Contract Details” click on the Edit icon on the far right-hand side for the contract that you want to modify.
