Hello,

The Department of Public Instruction (DPI) wants to make sure you are able to continue collecting high quality digital equity data in the future to best serve your students and families. We are writing now to give advance notice to changes in the digital equity data collection for the 2023-24 school year. This will allow you time to update online registration/enrollment forms as part of your current process for future school year planning. Please make sure that your forms for the 2023-24 school year are updated to include the following questions and responses.
