Subject: WISEstaff is Open for 2022-2023
The WISEstaff collection for 2022-2023 is opening today, Thursday, September 29, 2022.
Please see the following brief WISEstaff Reference Guide for District Administrators: WISEstaff Reference Guide for Administrators.
Action Needed: Update WISEstaff contacts
If you have had personnel changes since the 2022-2023 school year and another person will be responsible for completing the WISEstaff collection, be sure to have the WISEstaff Application Administrator grant that person access to WISEstaff through the WISEsecure application in WISEhome. In addition, new WISEstaff contacts will need to be added in the WISEstaff application itself. WISEstaff users will be redirected to the contact page upon login until contacts are verified for the year. We cannot ensure our communications are being delivered until these contacts are updated and/or verified.
The following communication was sent to the current WISEstaff contacts on file; please share it with any personnel responsible for WISEstaff: WISEstaff Contacts - WISEstaff is Open for 2022-23.
Timeline
In addition, please review the timeline for the WISEstaff collection below. We will be sending further emails to both District Administrators and all WISEstaff contacts to remind them when Preliminary Certification and Final Certification periods are open (two weeks prior to each certification due date).
WISEstaff New User Trainings are scheduled for 10/13/22 and 10/19/22.
DPI has online resources readily available, or if you need assistance with WISEstaff, submit a help desk ticket to Customer Services. If you have a licensing related question, please use our links on the Contact Us page for My License or I am Asking About Another Educator
