Long Text: District of Residence is not expected for students in Choice schools. Information submitted in this data element will not be used for reporting.
NOTE: Error 7465 is replacing Error 7092 for the 2023-24 school year.
How to Fix: This error appears if a Choice school submits a student's District of Residence. This information is not used for reporting for Choice schools, so you can clear the error by not submitting the student's District of Residence.
Example: Choice School staff member Chris sees error 7465. Being familiar with Error 7092, Chris knows that Error 7092 is no longer being used after the completion of the 2022-23 school year. Chris sees that a Choice student has a district of residence being reported on their student information system, ‘WISE-Choice’. Chris also knows this data is not required to be reported from Choice schools. Christ deleted the district of residence information in here SIS and this will clear the error.
Technical Details:
Business Rule Logic: Throw the error if District of Residence is submitted by Choice school.
