NOTE: Error 7450 is replacing Error 6704 for the 2023-24 school year going forward due to a change in behavior data collection endpoint association.

How to Fix: Verify the details of the student’s discipline situation, checking on the incident and action information. Once you know the details of what happened, make sure to enter all the required discipline action information for the reported discipline incident. Enter all the appropriate data elements, including:

• ID

• Student Reference

• Discipline Action Identifier

• Discipline Date

• Discipline Length

• Actual Discipline Length

• Discipline Descriptor (Action)

• Discipline Incident Reference

• *Modified Term

• *Early Reinstatement Conditions

*For firearms incidents only

Check with your SIS vendor if you need assistance finding the specific fields in which to enter the discipline action information to ensure it’s all submitted properly to WISEdata.

Example: Lee’s record is displaying an error that his discipline actions endpoint is missing. District Deb sees that a discipline incident and some incident info was submitted for Lee, but his record is still missing several values for the discipline action. Deb checks with InfinitePowerSky, her SIS vendor, to see where she should input this action information, and then she enters all the required information to clear the error.

Technical Details:

Business Rule Logic: Throw if /studentDisciplineIncidentBehaviorAssociation endpoint for a Discipline Incident is present for a student, but Discipline Actions endpoint is missing for the same student and incident.
