Cause: PK and K4 are not valid grade levels for the Cross Categorical Special Education Teacher assignment code 53-0800 but they were the only grade levels reported.
How to Fix: If PK and/or K4 are the grade levels being taught, then change the assignment code to 53-0808 Early Childhood Special Education Teacher. You can change the assignment code manually on the Edit Staff page or upload a revised assignment file. If PK or K4 grades were mistakenly entered, ensure the correct grade/s are selected on the Edit Staff / Assignment page and click the Run Validation button to clear out the invalid grades. Or, upload a revised assignment file containing only the correct grade/s being taught for the 53-0800 assignment code.
