The WISEstaff data collection is now open. To get started, log in to WISEstaff and update your WISEstaff contact information (Resources > Update Contact Info). After that, log in to WISEid and upload your staff person records prior to beginning your contract and/or assignment file uploads.
The preliminary certification deadline is November 11, 2025. It is important that you submit your data for preliminary certification by this date to ensure we include it in the preliminary license audit snapshot. You can make corrections after the preliminary license audit at any time before the final certification deadline on March 24, 2026.
Partner Support holds weekly WISEstaff User Group calls every Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., October 14th through March 31st, 2026. You can see upcoming calls and other important events on the WISEdata Events page. You can open the WISEstaff User Group call weekly agenda to enter your questions before the call and to review what’s been covered in past calls. To access the User Group agenda, you must join the WISE Community team. The WISE Community contains vital communications, updates, and resources for WISEstaff, WISEdata, WISEdash and other areas, and provides a peer-to-peer connection platform to ask (or answer) questions and collaborate with fellow school/district and DPI staff.
Common topics in the Tuesday User Group meetings are:
- Updates from the DPI Educator Licensing and WISEstaff development teams
- Overview and demonstrations of new WISEstaff functionality
- Demonstrations of existing WISEstaff features
- Answers to frequently asked or important licensing questions
- Q&A – we reserve a portion of every call for Q&A so you can ask your own WISEstaff questions!
