Hello,
The School Directory application is currently open for updates for the 2025-26 school year. You may update for low grade, high grade, school type, and kindergarten information. The last day for 2025-26 updates is December 19, 2025. We anticipate reopening the application in late January and will notify schools when we do so.
Changes to low grade, high grade, and school type will be effective for the 2025-26 school year and can be made any time through December 19, 2025.
Changes made to school/district contact information take effect immediately, so hold these changes until any new contacts should actually receive mail or email at your school/district. For example, if preparing for a retirement or job transfer, don’t enter the new person’s information until they are officially in that position. This includes name, address, phone, and email address.
You are receiving this email because you have a School Directory user role in WISEsecure, so you are able to update directory information. If you are not the appropriate person for the updates described, please contact your School Directory Application Administrator or District Security Administrator to have the appropriate person authorized.
Instructions for Accessing the School Directory Application
- To access the School Directory application, log in to WISEhome.
- Choose “School Directory” from the menu.
- When you see the homepage, click the blue Log in to Application button.
- For districts: The district information displays first. Click the Public Schools tab to view or change school-level information.
- For independent charter schools: If your CMO is made up of more than one school, select the desired school from the list.
- For private schools: No additional navigation is needed.
Questions? Submit a help desk ticket. Choose “School Directory Updates” from the Application dropdown menu. One of our dedicated support staff will reach out to you. Again, we anticipate reopening the application in late January and will notify schools when we do so.
