Short Text: Invalid Expected Transfer Agency

Long Text: Invalid Expected Transfer Agency. This school is not a valid agency for this collection and school year.

How to Fix: Remove the invalid transfer agency code you entered. After verifying the correct transfer agency where the student is going, input the appropriate agency code in the Expected Transfer Agency field.

Example: Maria's record comes back with an error that it has an invalid expected transfer agency. District Deb verifies that Maria has indeed left her former school and transferred to Weelittle Middle School. When Deb looks at the WISEdata value, it says Maria transferred to Weepylittle Middle School, which is not an actual school. Deb correct the value to Weelittle and waits for the updated info to push to WISEdata to remove the error.

Business Rule Logic - (Current through 2019-20 SY)

Throw on Submitting School SSA, if Exit Type = ETC AND Term Completion Indicator =n or NULL

• AND

Expected transfer agency is not null

• AND

ExpectedTransfer district / CMO / Choice School is invalid in the current school year.

• OR 

Exit Type = ETC AND Term Completion Indicator = y AND Expected transfer agency is not NULL  and ExpectedTransfer district / CMO / Choice School is invalid in next school year
