  • Note: This rule is being replaced by Error 7464 for the 2023-24 school year. 

 

  • Business Rules:

    • Logic--1) This rule will ALWAYS run. 2) DOC and DHS (possibly 2 state schools & CCDEBs) do not submit dates, so populate these at start of school year to 7/1/XX - 06/30/XX+1. Annual task is needed to make sure these get into SQL Server DBs.

 
  • How to Fix: Access the School Directory application and enter your district/agency's first date of the school year and last date of the school year, for example, 7/1/XX - 06/30/XX+1. If the application window for submitting start and end of term dates has closed, submit a help ticket with your dates for the DPI Customer Services Team to manually make the updates of your School Directory information. Once the dates are added for your district, you will be able to start submitting data to WISEdata.

 
  • Example: District Deb sees an error that her data has not pushed successfully to WISEdata because the district hasn’t entered school term start and end dates. Deb enters her district’s start of term date and end of term date in the DPI School Directory Application. Then she verifies that her current year enrollments and related records fall within the appropriate date range for this school year. Because they do, she knows the error will soon be resolved.
