Short Text: First Day of School (FDS) and the Last Day of School (LDS) dates are missing.
Long Text: School start of term date and end of term date are missing. Submit a Session for the Annual term.
NOTE: Warning 7464 is replacing Error 6607 for the 2023-24 school year going forward. The reason for the change is that starting with the 2023/24 school year, The First Day of School (FDS) and Last Day of School (LDS) will be collected from SIS vendors. This data will then push out to WISEdata and School Directory. Previously this data had to be manually entered into School Directory. Verify dates and data flow timing with your SIS vendor for accuracy.
How to Fix: Access your SIS and enter your district/agency's First Day of School and Last Date of School, for example, 7/1/XX - 06/30/XX+1. Once the dates are added for your district, your SIS vendor will submit this data to WISEdata as it does with all other data. Verify dates and data flow timing with your SIS vendor for accuracy.
Example: Agency Alex sees warning 7464, indicating that their FDS/LDS data has not been pushed successfully to WISEdata because the district hasn’t entered school term start and end dates. Alex enters the district’s start of term date and end of term date in their Student Information System, ‘Infinite OaSIS’. Then they verify that the current year enrollments and related records fall within the appropriate date range for this school year. Because the dates are now all entered and in alignment, Alex knows the dates will pre-populate in School Directory and WISEdata Portal, and that the warning will soon be resolved.

Incorporate V3 6607 rule.
This rule will run for Public Districts, Non-District Charter, CMO, DOC, DHS, CCDEBs, and State Schools (WSD or WCBVI).
Exclude detention schools and alternative schools
Throw the Warning if the FDS/LDS is missing an 'Annual' Session on schools OR a Session is submitted, but the begin date and end date are null. -Throw the Error if the school has no sessions submitted, or a session is submitted, but the begin date and end date are null.
