| Error 6813 Short Text: PrimarySchool is false and enrollment type is submitted as Primary
Long Text: PrimarySchool is false and enrollment type is submitted as Primary. If enrollment is not Primary, enrollment type is expected to be other than Primary. To correct the error, first verify if the enrollment is not primary if so change the enrollment type to other than Primary. It could be Parentally Placed Private or Coursework.
NOTE: Starting with the 2023-24 school year, Error 6806 and Error 6813 are combined and replaced by Error 7455.
Business Rule Logic: Error should show on SSA If Primary school = false and enrollmentTypeDescriptor is Primary then throw the error.
How to Fix: This error appears if a school is not flagged as a student's primary school, but the student's enrollment type at that school is Primary. To correct this issue, first verify if the school is the student's primary school. If it isn't, then update the student's enrollment type to the appropriate type. If it is, add the Primary School flag.
Example: District Deb receives an error that Sarah has an enrollment type of Primary at a school that isn't flagged as her primary school. Deb looks into the issue and sees that the school isn't Sarah's primary school, so she finds out what Sarah's enrollment type should be. Sarah is taking coursework at the school as a non-primary student, so Deb updates her enrollment type to Coursework.
